About the Department
The origins of the Sharia judiciary go back to the integrity of the Islamic approach that addresses all aspects of life, including the clarification of the rights and duties of individuals and groups and the mechanism for enforcing and fulfilling these rights. The judiciary was in accordance with Islamic Sharia from the time of the Noble Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and work in the Sharia judiciary continues in accordance with the rules and provisions of Islamic Sharia to this day.
